Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every donor to feel confident giving to Divine Winspire Foundation. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for donations made through divinewinspirefoundation.com.

Our commitment

Donations are, by nature, voluntary and non-refundable once they have been received and put to use. That said, we recognise that genuine mistakes happen — a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount entered, or a technical error during checkout — and we will always work with you in good faith to resolve these.

Donation refunds

If a donation was made in error, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to processing times on your bank or payment provider's end, which are outside our control.

Non-refundable circumstances

We are generally unable to offer a refund once a donation has already been allocated or disbursed toward a programme, unless the donation resulted from a verifiable technical or payment error. Refund requests made after 7 days of the transaction will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us with:

• Your full name and the email or phone number used for the donation
• The transaction ID or payment reference number
• The date and amount of the donation
• A brief description of the issue

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and keep you updated until it is resolved.

Cancelling a monthly gift

If you've set up a recurring monthly donation, you can cancel it at any time by writing to us at the email address below. Cancellation will take effect from your next billing cycle — any instalment already processed before your request is handled under the refund terms above.
